this is all for fun and consideration. that's one. second, this is actually a dreamie thesis because well, I have a lot of things to say and nowhere else but here to make people read them. feel free to contest anything.
1/ DREAMIE FAVE RANKING [OF EACH OTHER]
JAEMIN: jeno, jisung.
RENJUN: mark, haechan
JISUNG: renjun, chenle, one of nomin. jaemin? jaemin probably.
MARK: renjun, chenle. jeno?
JENO: jaemin [default], chenle, jisung
though to list in order [most to least]: jaemin, chenle, renjun, haechan = jisung, mark, jeno. that works out no? jisung haech will hang out with anyone...markjen are fine with anyone and everyone... chenle and jaemin make it extremely clear who they like best ... chenle kind of unwittingly but unlike jaemin, chenle will also have fun with anyone.
1/ DREAMIE FAVE RANKING [OF EACH OTHER]
here I extrapolate [though in some cases the members have outright said it] which of dreamies are each other's faves. pretty self-explanatory, no? obviously this is based on Vibes, and Feels, and there is very little tangible evidence I can provide, so like... Just Trust Me Bro. anyway, I think I'm like 90% right. first two names are not listed in any particular order, last is usually arguable.
JAEMIN: jeno, jisung.
>not only are these deeply obvious but also, no one else comes close. the exception of renjun is that renjun is the only other dreamie that jaemin likes. that's different from favourite status and it's obvious? when it comes to their interactions.

>you could argue a third spot for jisung or chenle... I think jisung would be more legitimate, since chenle already has considerations for Real Siblingzonage and renle have richer history in general. however I also think jisung is actually crippled by the Youngest Member Status [as maknaeism is a special consideration as well]... also, I'd argue that Jisung is like a member Renjun pays attention to and has special, separate affection for but it's not Faveism the way it is with mahae...

I did say that it was between jeno and jaemin for jisung but I gave it to jaemin because, based of 7illin, the way jisung interacted with jaemin made me think he gave a lot of weight to jaemin's affection for him. ++ jisung is more tsundere with jeno? on cam at the very least..or just from what I've seen. which doesn't make me doubt in their closeness just that he's more open about his care for jaemin LOL... but thank u for this info and these counterarguements!!!! vv insightful knowledge to keep in mind
the thing about haech not making it to jeno's fave list is that it reflects who jeno is obsessed with Currently ... so like while haech was a contender previously, [sidenote: AND ALSO I THINK THEY HAVE AMONG THE BEST AND KIND OF MOST UNDERRATED BEST FRIENDSHIP IN DREAM] since jeno just is much more interested in chenle and jisung in This Era that was what that assumption was based off!! I mentioned jaemin as Default since they've been best friends forever and also if jeno didn't have him on his fave list jaemin would go kinda nuts. so he Has to be there while haechan doesn't.

dream's power dynamics are soooooo... like one year later and so much has changed and not much at all too. this was so interesting
