I think this is what you are trying to say but what makes kj fuck soooooo much to me is that they were both closer to diluc than each other, and it was understood that their relationships would be like jean<>diluc / diluc<>kaeya but instead everything that happened happened, and they got stuck with EACH OTHER ... which to meeee is the best way for any triangulation to end ... idkkkkk I think it helps that jean and diluc are definitely similar, but I think as far as the evidence shows, kaeya more or less, has definitively chosen to stick with the knights because of jean... OR SOMETHING.
